About Me
Shera Sever is an executive career coach and organizational development consultant who has been guiding change and leadership initiatives for over 20 years. Her work is grounded in a data-driven, inquiry-based approach, and she is involved with the AI- Human and Technology communities of innovation in San Francisco, CA.
Her coaching is focused on guiding mid-career professionals and senior executives in career and life transitions.
